Prairie Heights Middle School Strengthens Math Instruction Through Year-Long Coaching Partnership
December 3, 2025
Prairie Heights Middle School is partnering with INcompassing Education to elevate mathematics instruction and student achievement across grades 5–8. Led by Math Specialist Angela Snyder, the year-long partnership includes ongoing instructional coaching, co-teaching, data-driven professional development, and aligned support for both teachers and school leadership. Principal Andy Arndt praised Angela’s relationship-centered approach and deep expertise, noting the positive impact on staff and student learning. This collaboration reflects Prairie Heights’ commitment to continuous improvement and the belief that when educators grow, students thrive.

Partnering with Indiana Department Of Health

Tracy and Audrey are providing sessions in partnership with the IDOH for teachers across Indiana. Check out specific information here. Sessions start on October 29th and focus on behavior, trauma, and resilience.
Teachers can sign up and attend for FREE! Sessions include 60 minutes of learning and 30 minutes of Q/A.
Our Latest Project: Working with Fairfield Community Schools!

During the ‘25-’26 school year, teachers in grades K-6 met monthly to focus on reading instruction and the implementation of a newly selected HQCM.
These teachers were supported to review assessments, align grading, preview, and reflect on upcoming units. They spent time exploring resources embedded in the HQCM and, at times, resources needed to supplement gaps.
Additionally, building teams visited classrooms in the fall and winter which provided an opportunity to explore district alignment across all three elementary schools.
We are proud of the increased student achievement that resulted from this work.
INcompassing Education Offers New Supports for Schools and Teachers

The education experts at INcompassing Education are pleased to announce several new services for schools and teachers in Indiana and beyond. IE now offers support and training in Special Education, Elementary Math, and High Ability, as well as MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support).

Through classroom visits, job-embedded coaching, and monthly grade-level data meetings, educators collaborate to refine instructional practices and support student growth. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to equipping teachers and building a strong foundation for student success, with INcompassing Education serving as a trusted guide throughout the work.
