St. Francis Area Schools — Life-Skills Program Review
When St. Francis Area Schools sought to strengthen outcomes for students in their Life-Skills Center-Based Program, they partnered with INcompassing Education to conduct a comprehensive Program Assessment focused on effectiveness, staffing, and instructional alignment.
The Challenge

Following the onsite assessment, the specialist developed a comprehensive Final Program Assessment Report summarizing findings and recommending actionable next steps. The process culminated in a collaborative session with district leaders to refine an Action Plan that addressed identified gaps and prioritized high-impact improvements.
