Developing a Sustainability Plan: Begin by creating a sustainability plan that outlines how ESSER-funded initiatives will continue beyond the grant period. Identify key components of successful programs and strategies for maintaining them with existing resources or alternative funding sources.
Building Capacity: Invest in building the capacity of staff members to sustain the initiatives implemented with ESSER funds.
